- Processing and reconciliation of trust banks, including section 86 investments
- Processing of matter disbursements as well as creditor invoices
- Managing full creditor system (Optional at additional charge)
- Recording accruals and prepaid expenses monthly
- Keeping a full asset register and depreciate assets monthly
- On-demand practice reporting
- Balance sheet verification monthly
- Ensuring compliance to the rules of the LPC
- Quality review by a senior staff member prior to month end procedure
- Month-end procedures and generation of reports (To be mailed to practice)
- Annual trust and business audit support (Normal request included but special requests at additional charge)
- AJS training and system support (Optional at additional charge depending on support required)
- Fixed bookkeeping fees
Our standard Monthly Management Reporting Package includes:
- Monthly one-page financial performance report to director/s or owners
- Year-to-date and budget comparisons to identify variances
- Income Tax projections
- Key balance sheet insights
- VAT liability estimates and due dates
- Commentary on extraordinary or irregular transactions

Our Payroll Services are available at an additional charge.
